Refunds

We provide an extensive portfolio for you to view before hiring us for your project so you can see the quality level of our work and be completely comfortable working with us. If you have any questions or reservations, please contact us prior to making a payment for our services. All payments are final. By making a purchase you have accepted, understood & agreed to all our terms. We have a strictly NO REFUND policy due to the nature of the services offered.

Chargebacks

If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute (i.e. credit card  Dispute) from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or project will be suspended without notice. A $50 chargeback fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company), plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored, files delivered, or any further work is done. Instead of issuing a chargeback, contact us to address any billing issues. Requesting a chargeback or opening a credit card dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund. Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund policy prior to making a payment.

Abuse

We will not tolerate any abuse against DMOLeadCapturePages. at all whether it is word of mouth or the internet or anywhere else. Negativity or use threatening or defamatory language towards us will not be tolerated at all and if any customer is found to be spreading negativity against us of using abusive or threatening language, then we can cancel his or her order without any further notice.

Image Reseller Rights

We use Royalty free graphics and images for website or any graphics.  We use Images and graphics from a online free resource  and we are bound to follow their term and conditions. You must inform DMOLeadCapturePages.  before services begin in order to assure proper image licensing is used.

Payment Terms

We accept 100% Advance for projects.  We are not responsible for any wrong payment. Currently we  accept any major credit card  as means of payment.

Source files

We do not provide the source files (PSD files) for any graphics as they are our hard work and creativity. Besides, we are bound to follow the policy of the image license.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We may also make changes to these rules, regulations, and policies at any time.

Your success with our pages will have to do with your consistency in your own marketing. Therefore we do not guarantee your success, income or results by using our service 

Copyright Terms

• All original content created on your website is secured by copyright law.
• This includes creative works such as photographs, designs, written articles, and more.
• Once the creative work becomes tangible (ie. publication), copyright law goes into effect.
